The mission of the Ombudsperson is to help parents, students, and our district community resolve school-related problems for students enrolled in the South Carolina Public Charter School District. Our Ombudsperson aims to provide information, resolve complaints, advocate, negotiate and serve as a resource to parents. We will always handle each case with confidentiality and neutrality.
If you’ve encountered a staff member who was exceptional in his or her manner, or if you experience difficulty receiving a timely response (within two business days) to a telephone call or e-mail, please contact the Ombudsperson.
