Facilitated IEP Training Registration – “Conflict Prevention and Resolution through IEP Meeting Facilitation”

Join us for an engaging and empowering training event organized by SCPCSD, titled “Conflict Prevention and Resolution through IEP Meeting Facilitation” also known as FIEP Training. This training session is aimed at enhancing collaboration among IEP teams, fostering strong relationships, sharpening focus on student needs, and improving communication skills.

Event Details:

• Dates: July 17 – July 19, 2023
• Mode: Virtual (Link to be provided upon successful registration)
• Audience: A minimum of two LEA Representatives per school
• Cost: Free (All materials will be provided)

This course is designed to teach IEP teams the nuances of effective collaboration and consensus-building, keeping student needs at the center of the process. Attendees are expected to commit to all 3 days of the course, with daily virtual training sessions lasting approximately 3-4 hours. There will be some coursework to complete independently in addition to the training sessions.

The course materials are provided free of charge and will be shipped directly to your school. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
